Create Your Ridesharing Group (Password Protection, Restricted Viewing)
• Customized pages with unique URLs for your group listings and signups.
• Password protection for signups and for viewing listings.
• Group members optionally can release their listing for public view, while still appearing in the restricted results. The default for a new listing is to remain private.
• It's all fully automated, and it's free to the public including student bodies, and to employers with less than 200 employees.

Create Your Ridesharing Group (No Password Protection, Viewable by Community)
• As with all eRideShare listings, email addresses are not displayed, maintaining privacy.
• Instruct your members to submit standard listings.
• In each listing mention the name of your organization as part of the destination neighborhood or comment field.
• For your group URL, use: www.erideshare.com/carpool.php?search=yourgroupname (for recurring transportation) or www.erideshare.com/travel.php?search=yourgroupname (for events).
• Listings created in this manner will be accessible to the larger eRideShare community, and rideshare connections can be made with them also.
